Class Registration Terms & Conditions:
Payment & Registration: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the class. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the class start date will receive a full refund. In consideration of our instructors, cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding! SOLCA reserves the right to cancel the class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Class Rescheduling: If the class is rescheduled, participants will be notified promptly. You may choose to transfer your registration to the new date or receive a full refund.

Community Events
A rich calendar of events invites the community to engage, collaborate, and celebrate the arts together.
Many of these gatherings are based around Waldorf festivals, as this tradition is an important part of our org’s history, and it creates a beautiful framework for experiencing the seasons.

On-site rental spaces available. With a number of spaces in our charming building, there’s versatility for hosting workshops, private events, and gatherings, empowering individuals to shape their artistic narratives within our vibrant creative sanctuary.
